GMP Edge is a free tool that helps you research Indian IPOs. It shows past results, an Edge Score for each IPO and your family’s chances of getting shares. It is for research and education only.

By using the site or signing in to the app at app.gmpedge.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Nothing on GMP Edge is a recommendation to buy, sell or apply for any security. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and we do not give investment advice.

Scores and charts show how an IPO looks compared with past patterns. Patterns can fail. Always do your own checks, and never apply with money you cannot afford to have tied up.

The grey market premium (GMP) is traders’ unofficial guess of an IPO’s first-day price. It is unofficial and unregulated. No stock exchange records these deals and no regulator checks them. SEBI discourages dealing in the grey market. We show GMP only as one clue, never as a promise, and we do not help anyone trade in it.

IPO data comes from public websites: InvestorGain, Chittorgarh and IPO Watch. It may be wrong, incomplete or late. Check the official offer documents and your broker before you act.

Past results do not predict future ones. An idea that worked on old IPOs can fail on the next one.

• Do not scrape our app or use bots, scripts or other automated tools to collect data from it.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or app.
• Do not use GMP Edge for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that does any of this.

We may change, pause or stop GMP Edge, or any part of it, at any time. Because it is free, we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

GMP Edge is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including investment losses, that comes from using the site, relying on its numbers, or the service being down or wrong.

Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Using GMP Edge after that means you accept the new version.
